Darby is a special town and where I grew up! Darby only has a population of 853 people but don’t let that fool you on amenities and the amount of fun Darby has to offer.
The rodeo grounds in Darby are some of the best in the west. People come from all around to Darby for Bull Riding, Barback Riding and Barrel Racing. Another fun event in Darby is the Strawberry Festival. This is an old fashioned gathering with strawberry shortcake, local bluegrass music, games and goes to support the Darby Volunteer Fire Department.
The scenery and recreation in the Darby area including the West Fork, East Fork, Sula and Conner are absolutely amazing and endless. A must see town for sure!
